Deep ruby color, attractive aromas of spice, licorice, violets, berries, oak; elegant, well-integrated with a long fruit finish, and a tannin finish that is not too astringent. 2006 Volterra Red - 75% Sangiovese, 25% Cabernet Sauvignon. Our fourth Volterra Red wine blend in as many years this Tuscan style red serves as the house red wine for Volterra Restaurant in Ballard. Enjoy the fruity flavors of strawberry, and a little spiciness, with a vanilla oak finish. $24.00/bottle, $259.20/case (Includes 10% case discount)

2006 Patterson Cellars BDX - 55% Cabernet Sauvignon, 23% Merlot, 12% Cab Franc, 7% Malbec, 3% Petite Verdoux. Although this bordeaux-style wine is one varietal short of the perfect Claret (can you name that varietal?), we are sure you will enjoy what we like to call our graveyard.
